Hiring

How hiring works here.

Every hire gets a packet. Every hire reads the Brain. No exceptions, no shortcuts.

1

The packet

Every new hire gets a written packet before their first task. It covers six things: duties (what the job is), work hours (when they work), admin level (what they are allowed to touch), skill (what they are good at), security clearance (what they are allowed to see), and training path (how they get better). If it is not in the packet, it is not the job.

2

The Brain

Before doing anything, every hire reads the Brain. It is a folder that explains the business the way you would explain it to a sharp new hire on their first day. Three files matter most: customer-fit (who we serve and who we say no to), voice (how we sound, with examples), and founder-opinions (what NaLonni believes, which no competitor can copy). One rule keeps the Brain healthy: hires may add guesses, but only NaLonni turns a guess into policy.

3

The team page

When a hire finishes onboarding, they get added to the team page. The roster lives in one file, so adding someone means one line, not a redesign.

4

The guardrails

Every hire gets the smallest access that lets them do the job. Draft-only where it matters. A human approves before anything goes out the door. Prompts that say "always ask me first" are polite suggestions; real guardrails live in the tools themselves.
